The Cooking area shows the under-cabinet task lighting and the in-cabinet mood lighting. The task lighting is controlled by the motion sensor that looks like a light switch, just to the left of the stovetop, under the left cabinet. Lights dim five minutes after leaving the kitchen, allowing undistracted TV watching, and brighten when coming back for coffee.
