S/H/Insurance: USA: FEDEX Ground $12 (3 to 5 days) or FEDEX 2nd Day $30 or FEDEX Next Day $44 for one item. Add $8 for each additional item (no extra charge for accessories or replacement parts). We do not ship UPS.
Canada: FEDEX Ground $30 (3 to 5 days) or FEDEX Intl Economy $50 (1 to 3 days) Add $10 each add'l item.
International: We normally ship FEDEX Intl Economy (3 to 5 days). To find out what the rates are before we ship, send us an email and we will e-mail you the rates for FEDEX Intl Economy (3 to 5 days).
 
Taxes: Florida residents: 6.5% sales tax will be added unless units are for resale. To use your Florida resale tax exempt number, a signed copy of form DR-13 for the current year must be e-mailed with your order.
Nationwide: No internet taxes yet!
International: Any duty taxes will be added by the customs broker in your country.
 
Return Policy/Warranty: All EDS products come with a 60-day satisfaction or money back guaranty, and a 3-year parts and labor warranty on manufacturer-related defects. Shipping and handling are not included in the guaranty and will only be refunded if the product has a manufacturer's defect and it is returned for a refund.
